Ok, here's the deal. I made the interfaces for this site (Chris Designs (http://www.chrisandabby.com/chris)) a long time ago, but finally got around to putting together the rest of the site. I just got married, and my summer internship is over, making me unemployed (not a good combination). So, while I am waiting to hear back from my one lead on a new job, I'd like to give web designing a shot. Please review my site and give me as many tips/encouragement as possible so I can make some money.

Also, how can I get my site "out there"? All I've done is submit to search engines so far.

Advertise outside of the computer.

Nice clean straight forward quick loading site...But I didn't really like the change in navigation. It whent from in the center and easy to navigate to on the bottom differently spaced and easy to navigate lol..I think maybe you might move the links to the left side as they started of in that direction.

PS: I'm working on my new design service, going to launch early 2003

Well, I figure for those who have a slow 56k connection, the page - along with any flash page, will take that much longer to actually load.

I like the design, but try to go somewhere like this guy has here:

www.gregmartin.com

or

www.mauricesomers.com

I never knew them, and well - still don't, but I did come across their sites, and liked them.

You can also try www.2advanced.com also, which is unbelievably amazing.

I am on a 56k connection....:(

www.coolhomepages.com

In the flash section there they have some jaw dropping sites, you wouldn't think it would be possible but then you see a awesome state of the art site like one here and ...enough said.

i think you should color the croll bars (even if its IE only) to add color conformity
