Insert html from another page into a page....

Okay, I have a menu bar consisting of about 10 different images that are compressible. But to change stuff in the menu bars requries me to have to change all my pages.

I there a way that I can insert another webpage into my page. For example I put my menu bar on a site all of its own, and then have that site be on teh top of my page?

I know this is possible with frames, but I would rather not use frames, because they tend to be a mess. Can anyone help me?

The best way is always at the server, using SSI or another approach. If you're unable:
