What "Popup?" Fancy Title Script Is This

Mouse over the images, I think its done w/ CSS. I use something similar on my website (http://www.suburbanette.com) (mose over nav) but whatever he is using looks more customizable.

you'll also notice they put that it does not work in IE6 (or any other IE I would suppose).

Think I'll have to learn css a bit more. Never knew you could do things like that :o
