can anyone help me with hiermenus?

I'm upgrading to hiermenus 4.1, and I can't get my menus to display. I get a message that says they I have 11 menus created, but my onmouseover and onmouseouts don't work. I've downloaded the code and changed what the directions said to change.
Any thoughts?? Thanks!
