Oracle doubt-exporting

how can i export data to .txt file from oracle.

any solution to export data from oracle to sqlserver7.0

it's urgent plsssssss......

Look at the documentation for the "exp" utility for Oracle.
And I don't know any way to directly move data from Oracle to Sql Server, since they have different data types. You'd need some sort of third party tool, more than likely.
