What do I need to fix?

I need you guys to give me feedback on ImgShark.com (http://imgshark.com) . I just made it and need to know how it looks and functions. also what needs to be fixed.

I think it needs a soft repeating background of some kind. Maybe your home page shouldn't be the upload section. Maybe only registered uses could use it? Someone might try to exploit some how.
