Check box column and datagrid paging.

Hi,

I have a check box template column in a datagrid. I am using paging (not custom paging). My problem is if I select some check box items and move to a different page. When I come back to the same page, the items that I selected are not selected. All the check boxes are cleared. Is there a way to maintain the checked items between pages?

And while in page n, is it possible to get all the check boxes that are checked from pages 1 to n.

You'd have to save them and programmatically check them.
Look into ViewState for this.

Make sure your checkboxes are set to AutoPostback=true, capture the Check_Clicked event, store to viewstate, cachce, or session....
