Some form objects appear above layer

I am using a layered menu. The code is a visualy modified version of this (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/dropmenuindex.htm).

Any form object that have a CSS class appear above the menu. Anything I can do the JS or CSS?

Note: The Firefox 1.5 Beta does not have this issue of layering.
