Hi folks:
Before posting this question, i did search the forum and internet but seems that theres a wide range of options to achieve this, so i want to appeal to your experience in narrow them.
First, take a look here: Ticker dummy (http://www.geocities.com/omaha303/ticker.html)
Pretty much looks like a News Ticker. The way i did was passing vars thru the query, but as you may know this cant be dynamic.
So, my first question will be: how do i pass vars to a Flash Movie with Javascript? I think FlashVars is a good way to do it, but not sure if this can be done dynamically. If so, how?
Also the coder (im also the designer but i guess know a little more Flash than the coder) said: "do your thing in Flash and give us JS stub functions"? So then i thought another way to do it is using FSCommand or LoadVariables, but again im not sure.
I know thats sounds like a total newbie to Flash, and im pretty much one. But again thats communities are for: to learn and to share. And i hope some of you people will give me a hand. Thanks.
