PDF to XML

Something similar to http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/access_onlinetools.html where I can automatically convert pdfs to xml or is there any gnu freeware pdf2xml converters.

Hmm, this program (http://www.download.com/OmniFormat/3000-10743_4-10316794.html?tag=lst-0-3) says its free. It might be able to convert pdf to xml not sure.
