What does it mean?

the highlighted error message means that you are trying to include a file which doesn't exist in the given directory.

It means that there is no "block-Last_Seen.php" in the home/akronpc/PHP-Nuke/blocks/ folder...
main() reffers to include()/include_once().

That error usually means there's no results for the query you did, or you have an error in the query

Sorry if it sounds harsh:

Go and learn more PHP then - we're not going to go around and hold your hand all the time whilst you do this kinda stuff. I personally think it was damn right rude of you to do that - Nightfire, myself and Marek have all given up our time to help you.
If you're new to this, fair enough - so am I really but atleast say that you don't quite understand, rather than "...."
