You'll need to setup a network on the computer that gets the main line. Once setup there you will have to setup a network on your wireless system being sure to use the same workgroup name as you did for the other system. Restart both systems and the network should be active. To access the network, you would go to your network connections panel, then under "Other Places" you should have My Network Places, go to that panel and then click on View Workgroup Computers. Be advised to access the other system you will need to know the password. Also any files that you want to access on the other system need to have sharing turned on. You can share a whole drive if you like, not recommended but to share a folder right click on the folder and go to sharing and security. If a network is setup, it will allow you to share it, if no network is setup it will give you the option to run the Network setup wizard. For more details and an explanation go here (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/networking/default.mspx).

Just a tip: Make sure that the firewalls are allowing access to and from the other computer and vice versa. Have you set the IP addresses for the LAN cards manually or are you getting them from DHCP?
