We are getting this message on our new W2003 server.

No more connections can be made to this remote computer at this time because there are already as many connections as the computer can accept.

It appears to be a licensing issue? How can we fix it?

Change the licensing mode to "Per Client" by using liccpa.cpl control panel Licensing tool"

Or you could just have sessions on there that are disconnected but even then, they still count as a connection, you can go to Terminal Services Manager and log off disconnected sessions, then maybe you will have enough free connections to connect. I only suggest that since I know a lot of people don't understand that when you just close Remote Desktop, it doesn't log you off.
