i don't know if i'm putting this in the right board, but my computer wont load javascirpts.....does anyone have any idea what's wrong?

Check your security settings. If you set the slider in IE to high, it will not run javascripts. Check under preferences in NS.

yea i tried that but the javascript still won't load

Is the script on the page, or is it linked to. If it's linked, it may just be an improper path. Or is this happening on all pages?

If it's just one page a reference to it would be helpful.

if you reinstall ie6 or whatever you are using it should set everything to defaults (javascript works!)

its linked to, but it's happening all the time not just on some pages.......

....and i just downloaded ie6....so all the settings are defaults.

put alert() at the beginning of the external file to test if it is loaded or not.
and remember, external javascript files should have no <script> tags inside.
