Ok, well despite the fact i hate black sites... not meaning to be overcritical or anything, but it really needs a LOT of work.
1. The logo Doesnt blend in at all.
2. The google bar doesn't blend in at all
3. The buttons don't match the blackground at all, and have some errors in the transparancy at the edges
4. The sharp white writing is hard on the eyes, soften it a bit.
5. the gray bar at the top looks horrid
6. a bunch of other minor stuff not worth noting.

You recolored that standard subSilver phpBB theme. That's how it looks.
It's decent if that's the look you want. But you need to fix some of the colors, Vortxxe pretty much covered what needs to be fixed in that area.

the site does look good, and clean, but I dont know why people cant make white work!, why do u think google search is so popular, its white, calming, nicely spaced. Compare it to yahoo search its much more pleasent to use!, I'm just saying that if u want a different look that works "try the white".
As for the site, the colors work, just a bit template like!, forums are communitive information stores, with the members and their info the most important thing!, but why do u think u visit codingforums, subliminally "its white"!
Sorry if that sounds a bit harsh!, good luck with the design!

Black background with white text fatigues the eye too quickly. I like black-backgrounds but then you need to have the tables a different colour. Like black background with mid gray tables and black text is a lot better than black background with white text. The contrast is just too high and burns your eyes out.
