Navigation tabs and rounded corners

Could I get a few suggestions on making my navigation tabs have rounded corners?

You can download a free version of Crystal Button (http://www.crystalbutton.com/) and see if you like the rounded navbar they have. It's $30 (USD) if you want to purchase it, or you could look around and see if you can 'acquire' it for free.
