exstracting with .exe files?

anyone got a simple code that i could put in notepade that would exstract the files from my site instead of haveing an .zip or ftp server?

What are you trying to do exactly? - I don't quite get what you're trying to do. Are you trying to extract files from a zip file which is on your server but not download it? You can't do that as far as I know.
