Petition software

MOrning guys.. I am looking for a gpl software, or code that will give me the means to allow people to build petitions on my site, and permit others to add their signature to it..
Does anyone know of something like this, and where I might locate it..

Well this will be more better if you can write a petition (http://www.petitionspot.com/write_pet.php) on petition site. As they you will get mote people to make signatures. And for the vistiors of your site you can make a link to the petition.
