Creating a quiz/test..

I know this is a really broad question/statement of help but I'm so lost that I don't even know where to begin. I'm sure everyone's always seen those crazy quiz things that people post in their online journal and such. How would one go about making one of those?

The best way to get help would probably be to post an example or link to what you're talking about. Personally I have no idea of what you're referring to.
