i have created application which is following:
http://abm.4esolution.com

my css work fine on IE and Firefox, but once i upload on web, it only work on IE and little bit on Firefox, why is not working properlly on firefox once i upload to server, but it dose work little bit, so css is getting included. Please help me!

It depends on what kind of server it is. Is it your server?

I'm going to guess Apache then. Find mime.types and open it up. Make an entry like below
text/css css

yes i did start the server, plus css is working in ie and half of firefox in uploaded version, but working full in localhost version, any idea why?

Well, dispite your CSS file full of non-standard properties, it's working fine now. Hold down shift when you refresh your browser.
