how to call function (javascript or vbscript) by using include file???

i am a student and now building the system and facing the problem by using include file.Because in my system have many form have the same function for validation so i need to write the same coding in my every form.So when i need update the function for validation then i need to change in every form! So if i can save the validation in 1 file,then will easy for update my validation!
So how to do that??????Can i have some easy coding for that!

Hello,

create a new ASP-File and move your functions into this file. eg: functions.asp

Then include this file into your scripts with this command:

<!--#include file=functions.asp-->

This must be in the HTML-part of your script.
