iframe question

I have 3 iframes on my site, the center one being the one I want all the pages to load in. The other 2 iframes on the sides are navigations. Right now when I have a link in the navigation the page loads in that iframe not the center one. Can anyone help?

Make sure the center iframe has an ID, then in links from the navigation bar insert

target="center_iframe_name"
