Tables - Huge gap

This is probably a silly error but I can't see it. On this page, http://www.tranquiltherapy.co.nz/therapiesonsitechair.php, there is a huge blank space between the top and middle table.
If anyone could help it would be great!

P.S. I know there are other problems and crap things with the site, but this is the only one I need help with. I'll fix them as soon as this is fixed.

Okay don't worry about it, I've done a workaround by adding a lot of <br>s inside the table
