I'm afraid this looks pretty dull, and advertising 'quality web design requires' the site to be a damn good example of quality web design.
I hate the background and the picture is meaningless. The layout is basic at best.
My advice is to consider what sort of image you want to convey with this site. At the moment it all looks a bit unplanned and careless. A quality web design firm should either be conveying a solid corporate look or a spectacular design ethic. Also, consider whether advertising the fact that you are 15 is going to gain you many customers.
Just look at your competition -
Just two sites I pulled from a Google search, certainly not the best out there by a long stretch, but you have some way to go.
Some design points -
- Your top links aren't immediately visible
- Black font doesn't work
- Paragraphs too close to border and not justified
- The image you choose to use should be part of the colour scheme. Blue and green, grey and black - bit of a mish mash at the moment.

tbh I wouldnt put your age in there. The picture gives the impression that it is a picture of your company building but then in the body text you make it clear you are an individual and a teenager at that.
I dont think there is anything wrong with having black text, its a good contrast to the pale grey and is very readable, but you need more padding on the sides.
your nav is practically invisible. Nav should be a really important element that grabs the attention so the user knows how to get at your pages.

No there isn't, usually. Most sites get by very well with black text, but it doesn't do anything for this one. If the site background was white, then it would be fine. But like this I almost feel like the text colour needs to compliment either the background colour or one of the colours in the photo, rather than just being neutral, or at least be grey instead of black.

-The nav at the top needs to work and be bigger - could do with having the background of it a little darker.
-Remove your age. Okay, I know I've put it on my website, but I've made my site to show my interest in this kinda stuff and to show my work - you've done yours to look like a corporate establishment.
-Make the "last updated" text and div bigger.
-Make the logo bigger
-apply margin-top to the body to take the site away from the top of the page
-apply more space and line height in the footer to seperate the text and images

first glance pretty near second glance between the header and the content area it seems as if somthing is missing and were it says " hayes design specialising in quality web design " looks as if it would look better placed better somwere else
