Yes, you can do it with Java Servlets, it your server supports it.

Yeah, you can implement a login system with any server-side language pretty much. ASP/PHP/JSP/CF/etc. they all can do it one way or another.

Heck, you could just use .htaccess if you are on apache if you wanted.
