J2ME - using Forms for multiple pages

I am doing my school project on a mobile application for reporting vehicle accident using J2ME(java 2 micro edition). I want to know how can i have a few pages where the user should key in infomations in the given textfield. I tried to use a new form for each screen displayed, but the 'back' button don't work if there is more then 3 pages in total.

I'm sorry, I think you may mis-understand the purpose of this particular forum. This is for Javascript, and NOT Java. Are you integrating javascript with your j2me?
