Script won't run...

I've setup 10+ CGI scripts on my server- for some reason, the more I do the difficult they seem to be. You would think it would work the other way around, eh? Anyway, I'll be as detailed as possible.

I'm attempting to install the following script (http://www.perlscriptsjavascripts.com/perl/upload_lite/index.html).

Per my webhost's manual -and prior experience- I have the path set to: /home/planetjk/www/kewl_cues/photos

The form HTML is as follows, per the installation instructions: <form action="http://www.planetjk.com/cgi-bin/upload.cgi" method="post" enctype="multipart/form-data">

When I click submit on the page (http://www.planetjk.com/kewl_cues/upload.htm) I receive a 500 error.

My SSH command line window outputs HTML, no clues there.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,
~JK

Have you CHMO'd the script to 755, did you upload it in ASCII mode and is your webserver definitely properly configured to execute the script?

Yes, yes, and yes. I've run module test scripts in the past to make sure I have the basic gamut of perl modules available- they're all there.
