Its a little plain. I think it needs more images. Get rid of the marquee. Your logo could use some work, maybe like some drop shadow, and a bevel or something. You seem to lack content. Your coding is far from being valid, see your errors here (http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fusers.cjb.net%2Fusakillaz%2F&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=%28detect+automatically%29&ss=1&verbose=1). You have no structure at all. Your actual links on the forum are a bit too dark.
