I give it an F, as in tables shouldn't be used for layout. Forget style. Code to semantics. Seperate style from structure, and structure from behaviour.

Not so good.

Header: It would be good if you added some styles in photoshop.
Flyout Menu: Annoying and hard to read
Everything else: Theres no real design, just tables and a few images, tables are bad for design,, dont use them for that.

You did hand code it though, so you get points for that.

You did hand code it though, so you get points for that.I'm not so sure. Many of the closing > characters are on different lines to the tag they close. I've only seen that in generated code.

I've done that on accident before, but I usually fix it...
