Needs a coding team [Archive]

Ok, recently I started this project "Core Project 1.0"
basically it's a robot game with somewhat following Half-Life engines
but...it needs to be unique
it'll basically have customizeable parts system like Armored Core
it'll have Battle Systems like Front Mission 4 (Head, Arms, Body, Legs)
and it'll be a first person/third person perspective
if interested or if this seems like spam (Really Sorry)

we are lacking experienced Coders and currently have only a few people on the team and wanted people are still continuing a finished product and is working on stability

Web Designers also appreciated: HTML (Preferably PHP), XML, SQL, and/or Java2/J++/J#

This isn't really a job offer, just a gathering of coders
if interested in giving some help, drop off a code snippet instead of an entire script. Help appreciated, Idea droppers wanted, Coders desired

it should be in job offers clearly stating that there is no pay....

personally people these day dont code for free inless you know them face to face mates and family....

I guess it's those people who have "Families to feed" that wouldn't code for free
but anyways, most people who are "developing" would have a very great chance to develop their skills along with a team.
So perhaps if you are "learning" C++ or C# and would like to develop a game
then just apply
This project is merely a "first timers" project which would take quite some time depending on how many people have been interested to help out

I've read it just now, it seems this guy is overconfident
but I was hoping to find a team here as well as he is
however mine may seem more difficult to some, hoping I would find some excellent coders around here

While that is true, I think you missed the point. I was refering more to people's information on what it takes to actually do something like that. Plus people with those kinds of skills and experience, can't and usually won't do it for free.

I just finished off part of the work
I'm hoping to find someone who can make headers, static libraries, and DLLs
also someone who can handle Databases and Resources
