shortcut to desktop

I used to have a shortcut to my desktop in my quick launch toolbar that essentially minimized all of my windows to show my desktop. Somehow it got changed and when I click on the shortcut icon it opens a windows explorer window of my desktop.

Anyone know how to either know what the target of the shortcut needs to be or how to create a new shortcut to minimize all windows?

Most likely something like...

C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR_USER_NAME\Desktop

I tried that but that simply opened windows explorer to my desktop. Check out the link above... it's a lot more involved that one might think.

i'd say: windowskey + D
