Creating WEB based form with elements..

can someone help me out and inform me how i would go about Creating a Form with 5 elements such as selectbox, texts, radio, checkboxes. And then send it to a CGI program and process the form, mind you, i have no clue whatsoever with computers.

You must first create an HTML webpage with the form itself.
If you have that page created (using Dreamweaver, FrontPage, whatever),
give us the link to it so we can see what you want to process in the form.

It really sounds like you might need some very basic help. If you don't
know how to make a webpage (or a form), this forum may not be the
best place to start.

But, we'll help as best as possible.
