Can anyone help with forum ranks?

hi there

I have just started a new forum and i would like some unique rank images for the forum but i am useless at graphics!

that is the image i want to use and ive been told this:There isn't any documentation about it. Simple way is just to get some image, scale it down and clone with Photoshop

but i am still none the wiser :eek:

can anyone help? either by explaining it better or i would be willing to pay a small fee if someone could do it for me.

i want the bear in the post above to replace the flowers

and according to the rank they need to be fadded and colured differently as above

If you aren't patient you are going to get anywhere in life. How is this? I can do the grayed out one as well, just don't want to go on if you don't like it. I can even make the bear a totally different color to.

with all bears in full colour that sais Moderator underneath exactly the same as the admin one and can the one with 5 in full colour say V.I.P underneath?

Oh sorry I didn't see that one. I have gone ahead and redid those making the text larger so it can be seen better.
