I am using CSS to underline and overline my links on hover. However, any links that have been visited will not do this.

Any help?

make sure in your css, that the link attributes are in the right order

a:link{}
a:visited{}
a:hover{}
a:active{}

your page has mayor issues in Opera, try fixing it.
I didn't realise links on hover are treated differently after it's been visited.

Edit: I see, the order, common mistake, never think of it

There's major errors in FF too...

FF and Opera compatibility issues.
Remember: design is nothing, compatibility is everything
even though some so-called revolutionary web-designers say otherwise
