help form

i want to make a php form but i don't want to use a submit button.. i want to use link text.. can i do it?

i want to make a php form No such animal; you mean a HTML form, which could be handled by a PHP script of course.

I must admit I'm not very accustomed to forms, but I believe the only way to initiate a submit action by an ordinary link would be to use a bit of JavaScript. Alternatively, you could use input type="image" if you want to control the look of your button to get rid of the "buttony" feel.

so can you help me with the java code?
