Ok, I've searched for a mouse-over effect that I want, where a little dialogue box pops up when mousing over an image. I recently found this code:
<img src="..." alt="..." title="text you want to see" />

What goes in alt="..." ?

In the alt section you put what text you want to see when the mouse is over an image.

so the code would be:


<img src="..." alt="The text that you want to see">

Although to be strictly kosher, alt tags should really contain an accurate description of the image - they are intended for blind users and people with images turned off.
