I am trying to install a new script and am having trouble getting it to work properly. I am using bnbform.cgi from http://www.bignosebird.com/carchive/bnbform.shtml (http://http://www.bignosebird.com/carchive/bnbform.shtml) . I have installed the script to the exact specifications that it says on their site and in their Read Me file. When I upload their test form and try to test it out I am able to get all of the correct responces (I can see the ok page or the error page when applicable). I have also tried building a separate form from the one that they sent with the installation files and it does the same thing. The problem is that I do not get the email message that is supposed to be sent. I have double checked that I have made all necessary changes to the bnbform.cgi script to customize it to my site. Also I have checked with the network admin to make sure that I have the correct paths listed. I have checked and the script is writing to the log file that it is supposed to automatically generate.
My co-worker currently has this script running on her site (she runs the external website for our company and I run the Intranet site. These sites are running on separate servers) and I have double checked my script against hers to make sure that I have changed everything that I needed to.
Can anyone offer any suggestions or better yet... solutions? :) I have posted the script below. I cannot post a link to the form to test it out because it is on our Intranet. You can view the sample test form that is included with the script by going to the bignosebird website listed above.
Also, the website paths & other private information has been replaced by "xxxxxxxxxxxx".
