.js file question....

is there a way to make it so that when u do <form action="someone@something.com"> to make it so if goes into the .js file and sends the form to all the people like in the .js file. (example)

say the .js file has these emails in them
---
1@1.com
2@1.com
2@1.com
---
and the form when submited sends it to all 3 of those people.
anyone help?

(PS. will need help with the .js file to :( )

It would be far easier to use some form of a server side form handling script; besides that, there are several drawbacks to using an e-mail address to submit a form to, among which an open invitation to spammers.
