Hello everyone. I have been working on this template all day and I just can't seem to get it to display properly in all the different browsers.

Here is the link for the html:

http://support.jumbographics.com/templates/_layout/index.html

Here is the CSS that is attached to the page:

/*Styles for entire page */

body {background-color: EBEBEB;
margin: 0px;}

/* Styles for paragraph display */

p.mltext {font-family: Verdana, Arial;
font-size: 8pt;
color: black;
text-align: inherit;
position: absolute;
top: 0px;}

/* Styles for display tables */

table.perimeter {border-color: EBEBEB;
border-style: none solid none solid;
border-width: 1px;
background-color: silver;
padding: 5px;
width: 100%;}
.maincontent {padding: 5px;}

/* Styles for links */

a {font-family: Verdana, Arial;
font-size: 8pt;
color: red;}
a:link {text-decoration: none;}
a:active {text-decoration: none;}
a:visited {text-decoration: none;}
a:hover {text-decoration: underline;}

/* Styles for divisions */

div.pageperimeter {background-color: white;
border-style: none solid none solid;
border-color: black;
border-width: 1px;
position: relative;
top: 0px; left: 100px;
padding: 10px;
width: 820px;
height: 1020px;}

div.gbuttons {position: absolute;
top: 10px; left: 17px;
width: 60px;
height: 9px;}
#spacingtest {letter-spacing: 5px;}

div.mltab {border-style: solid;
border-color: black;
border-width: 1px;
position: absolute;
top: 30px; left: 17px;
padding: 0px;
width: 773px;
height: 900px;}

.htab {border-style: none none solid none;
border-color: black;
border-width: 1px;
position: absolute;
top: 0px; left: 0px;
padding: 2px;
width: 773px;
height: 135px;}
#trpt_pos {position: absolute;}
#tnt_pos {position: absolute;
bottom: 2px;}

.centerad {border-style: solid;
border-color: black;
border-width: 1px;}

If somebody could help me out, I would be very appreciative.

Oh by the way, the page also displays differently in Firefox and Opera. It displays differently in older versions of IEE than it does in newer versions.
