Divs and Tables and IE

Can someone please help me? I have a table inside a div at this page (http://www.biosector01.com/ref.php?act=char) and it looks fine in Mozilla. However, in IE there's a big gap between the top of the div and the top of the table. Is there a solution to this?

I don't know why, but if you change the width of your table to 95% it will raise it back up.
I'm guessing somehow the width made it too wide to put on the same line.
