Formail Script

can anyone tell me where i can find this script that is on this site?: http://majic-designz.net/order.php

They seem to be using a script called Dodosmail (http://regretless.com/scripts/scripts.php#dodosmail) - check out the link. I've never heard of it but these things are usually pretty simple to use.
