I slightly revised one of the sites that I maintain to include a menu. I'd greatly appreciate your input on the layout.

I've never been that great at organizing text on the page...I think my strong point is more the header/navigation design. How does the actual text look, and does it match the rest of the site's style?

I'm trying to stream the video (on the multimedia page) so they don't take forever to play. Could somebody on dial up check it and let me know if they start playing soon enough? If not, what can I do about this?

Same here, text, I think, is too big. And spaced out too far.

Menu is really nice and fits in well though, but I don't see the point of having the splash page, could just annoy users.

Yeah, I need to get rid of the splash page. I originally had to have it because of how the index was set up (it had to be index.html, couldn't change it, and I couldn't parse html as php...but now I can!). So the splash page will be gone.

I thought the text was a bit big, thanks for confirming that. I like to rely on standard text sizes and allow the user to customize it via their browser, but I guess it can't hurt to make the default a little smaller.

Any input on the download times? Specifically regarding the video (which should stream but I am unable to test)?

What video? Also some of the images on the past guest page seem to be corrupt in Firefox. They aren't fully loading. A few look a bit out of place to.

Which graphics look out of place? Which aren't loading? I'm using FF also and everything seems to look fine. I tried to make them all kind of unique to represent the band's style, so in a way I kind of want certain ones to look out of place, I guess.
