As you can see, I have tried, but failed. I want the image bordering the "Main" Iframe to be these colors (http://www.comicdemons.com/bordah.PNG).
I think I got the CSS wrong. Here's the CSS page where it tells you what I'm talking about (http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/WD-css3-background-20050216/#the-border-image). (I don't get it so someone please help)

That CSS page you linked to is for the CSS 3 spec, which I believe is not yet implemented in current browsers. So you won't be able to use that feature for a while yet.
