Horizontal Scrollbar In A Scrolling Table

So I made a scrolling table that is only supposed to scroll vertically, but when ever it has enough text to scroll vertical, it also gains a horizontal scroll bar. Does anyone know how I could fix this? Thanks.

I only see a vertical scrollbar in IE6/Win.

What are you viewing it in? I think IE may be the only browser supporting overflow-x ?
