Java and .zip

I am trying to create a program that can take a directory and put it into a zip file and can also add a password to opening it. But also i want to be able to open the zip file from the same program and make a list of the contents and be able to extract it. And a way to provide the password if it is needed. All i need at the moement is a tutorial that covers everything java can do to manipulate/create/edit .zip or if possible someone to help me do this. I would prefer the first option if there is such a place.
