DropDown multi-level menu?

I do not know if that would be the right name.
I am looking for the code for a drop-down menu that can expand to the right for more choices for each level.

( I hope I'm not braking the rules by listing the site below)

I have seen one like what I'm looking for at "FOXNews.com". On the banner that says:
TODAY TOP STORIES :: OPINION :: TV ::...etc.
Is that code available somewhere or is proprietary?
