Help needed with rating script

How do,

I have downloaded a 5 star rating script from www.phpsoft.com.

I have installed it as per the readme file but am now getting this error.


Warning: main(rate.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/auriga/public_html/scripts/blogs.php on line 27

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'rate.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/auriga/public_html/scripts/blogs.php on line 27


If any lines of code are needed, just say, and i will post them.

I have been looking to at just a simple Rate It script to a webpage. I don't have any coding experience so, I am struggling. I saw a lot of information online and sample scripts (php). I downloaded those files but I don't know what to do with them.
