PHP FORM not working...

Hello guys I am trying to set up a form using go daddy hosting.. and trying to get it to send me the info of the form using php....


I tried to copy and paste the code on this tut.. but it doesnt work...

well i tried this other tut. .and it it dindt work either.. this time using asp...
