I want to implement a search form into my site, that searches just my site!

I cannot find much information on this!

I would really appreciate any help! thankyou :thumbsup:

:cool: If you took your time to look through a few threads you could've found an answer to your question, but anyway; The easiest thing is to buy a tool to index your site and "Effectively" search through it by using keywords. You could code it but that would be like reinventing the wheel (Believe me it will take you weeks). If you end up coding it inefficiently it could take up lots of valuable system resources and your users may not be able to find what they’re looking for.

Go to downloads.com and use "search" or "search engine" as keywords to find programs that can make a search engine for you (last time I checked I found like 100 diferent programs). Oh, don't forget to give us some feed back, is valuable to us too

If you want to do everything without any hassle, I strongly suggest you get a Content Management System, Content is stored in a database. My favorite, is etomite 0.6
