lol I don't mind stuff like IMO etc...but I don't like it when people can't be bothered to have spell please correctly when they are after something...like rudeness to me, they can't be bothered ;)

Some acronyms take longer to type than the actual phrase (or word) itself. I find it pointless that someone would "simplify" an already short word or simle to type phrase even smaller. like "hmwrk" from "homework", just take out all the vowels? That seems pointless, I typed homework twice as fast as the acronym for homework, and typing "hw" is just stupid. there are a bunch like that, it just shows people are lazy these days. Some acronyms are understandable, others are lame and lazy.

I crusade against people that type like that. They always use the excuse (translated from Inglesh to English): It's the internet; English(grammar and spelling are also commonly used) doesn't matter. About the only people I don't yell at for this is my girlfriend, her sister, and two of my friends.
One person also yelled at me when I used a plural verb for a collective noun on accident, and, ironically, she used the wrong form of the verb as well. She also didn't know the difference between these words: affect & effect, there, their, & they're (it was always there), it's & its, where & were, and your & you're. -_-;

In general I don't care how people type as long as long as i can understand. but if someone is asking for help, here for example, I think it's rude to use abrevations: if we're going to spend our time helping others they should at least take the time to write out their problem in a legible way.
